The Grid

The Grid is a Multi use building located in downtown. The bottom floor is retail, the second is outdoor balcony, the third is office spaces, and the fourth and fifth are living spaces. The building’s unique geometry is a reflection on the different building grids that have historically shaped the downtown. The Grid’s location is at an intersection between the grids leading different floors to rotate onto the different grids.
